Bon apetit!

ÍSLANDUS BIANCO

4 cl Martini Bianco

6 cl Íslandus

Top up with Egils Kristal Mexican Lime

Pour into a Long Drink glass with ice cubes

Decorate with líme

This is what Andri says:

"Extremely mild and fresh cocktail that is particularly suitable as an aperitif.
Dry vermouth comes with adaptive vegetable flavours and the blueberries in Islands get to fulfill their potential."

ÍSLANDUS DAIQUIRI

3 cl rum

1.5 cl lime juice

bar spoon syrop

3 cl Íslandus

Shake with ice cubes and serve in a cocktail glass

Add dried bilberries on top

This is what Andri says:

“A wonderful combination based on one of the most famous rum cocktail in the world.
In the year 1903 Daiquiri was created for the first time in Cuba by the American miner Jennings Cox. Daiquiri was also
a great favorite of American writer Ernest Hemingway, who often added to grapefruit juice and maraschino liqueur in his recipe.
This cocktail is often served along with frozen strawberries and then called Strawberry Daiquiri.
Note: It is a good idea to make ice cubes from Íslandus and mix the whole in a blender.”

ÍSLANDUS COSMOPOLITAN

4 cl Lemon vodka

1.5 cl Triple sec

1.5 cl Lime juice

3 cl Íslandus

Shake with ice cubes and serve in a cocktail glass

This is what Andri says:

“Cosmopolitan is one of the most famous cocktails in the world and here it is in a different variation that you must try!
Cosmo was probably first made in the United States in 1930 but his popularity increased immensely with the TV show Sex and the City were where Cosmo appeared regularly. In this recipe I played a bit with the ratio of the contents and replaced cranberry juice for Íslandus”

 ÍSLANDUS MARGARITA

“This one might surprise you!
There are several stories about the origins of Margarita but the most reliable is that it was first created around 1938 in Tijuana, Mexico. Margarita is extremely popular cocktail and commonly served frozen.
Note: It is a good idea to make ice cubes from Íslandus and mix the whole in a blender.”
